At Moonee, we’re working hard to redesign the way mobile games are published today. We’re seeking a qualified Technical Support Manager specialist to help us onboarding & fine tuning of new games. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and with a wide understanding with SDK implementation. Highly skilled at operational support, and with great communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Help fine-tune game feeling
  • Help Implement SDKs and Services
  • Pitch and implement new game ideas and features to the teams
  • Ability to analyze mobile game mechanics
  • Get involved in all aspects of game development
  • Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a game designer / game product / technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-organized and self-motivated
  • Gamer 🙂
  • Ability to conceptualize and balance features in games
  • Intuition for game mechanics
  • Track record with successful mobile games – plus
  • Good knowledge of casual games trends – plus
